Monthly parking fees are due in advance, without notice, on the first day of each month. A 5% late fee is charged if payment is not received by the fifth day of the month. Checks returned for insufficient funds incur a $35.00 fee. A month runs from the 1st through the last day of a calendar month.
We accept credit card, ACH, or check. Checks must include the customer account number in the memo line and are remitted to Union Station Parking, 56 Exchange Terrace Suite 100, Providence, RI 02903. Checks should be made payable to Union Station Plaza, LP (garage) or Union Station Parking, LLC (surface lot) depending on where you park. For card or ACH, we send an invoice through QuickBooks after your application is received. ACH transaction charges are not passed to the parker; credit and debit card fees of roughly 3% are added to the monthly invoice.
Owners park at their own risk. Union Station Parking is not liable for any destruction, loss, or damage to a vehicle or other property, or for injury to any person resulting from use of the parking facility.

Use of a parking space by anyone other than the account holder will result in parking being revoked.
The facility is not to be used for storage. No vehicle may be stored overnight without prior written approval of management. Violators will be towed.
It is your responsibility to keep Union Station Parking updated on your current vehicle information.
All cancellations require 30 days' notice. All fees falling within those 30 days remain due.
By accepting this agreement, the account holder agrees to adhere to the posted parking rules.
Parking is provided on an unreserved basis. Reserved spaces must be approved by management.
